    After the purchase process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with instructions for downloading your templates.

    All of the templates are typically available in Canva. Some also come in a Microsoft Powerpoint format (check product descriptions) For the spreadsheets, all of these are in Google Sheets, with a few available also in Microsoft Excel.
  • Can you customize the template for me?
    Depending on my workload and the size of the request, customization may be possible. Usually there is a fee, however this will be discussed over a call / email. Please reach out, and we can discuss.
  • Do you have any legal advice?
    No template purchased from Insight Design Studio is legally binding. You should always seek professional advice from a law professional in your country of residence / business to ensure the documents you use for your business are appropriate for your business and the local laws. Insight Design Studio cannot be held responsible for any repercussions from using the templates.
  • Can I share the templates with my team?
    You are able to share your templates within your team for collaborative work. And also share them with clients for review / collaboration.
